We are urgently seeking a highly qualified Team Leader / Project Manager – WWTP for an ongoing water and wastewater infrastructure project.
This position is an urgent replacement, and the selected expert must be immediately available for mobilization. Due to the project schedule, we are aiming to identify and confirm a suitable candidate within the next two-three days.

Required qualifications and experience include:
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related engineering discipline;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Minimum 10 years of general professional experience;
- At least 7 years of experience in construction and/or construction supervision;
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience as a Team Leader or Project Manager in the water and/or wastewater sector on the consultant side;
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Team Leader and Resident Engineer in the supervision of construction of hydraulic structures, including treatment plants, reservoirs, pumping stations, and networks, under FIDIC D&B / DBO contracts;
- Experience in at least 2 projects as Works Supervisor, including construction of a wastewater treatment plant with a hydraulic capacity exceeding 10,000 m³/day and including tertiary treatment;
- Demonstrated experience in FIDIC contract claims management, including preparation, evaluation, and resolution of claims;
- Experience in Central Asia and/or CIS countries is considered an advantage.
The expert must be immediately available and able to mobilize at short notice.
