Vet-Care Organization (VCO), a leading national NGO with over two decades of experience in Sudan, is seeking a detail-oriented Headquarter Finance Officer (Grade 7, Level 1) to join our team in Khartoum!
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA part-qualified is an advantage).
· 3–5 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience within the NGO/humanitarian sector in Sudan.
· Hands-on expertise in multi-currency accounts, institutional banking, and donor compliance rules (e.g. SHF, EU, DRA, UN agencies).
· Advanced proficiency in computerized accounting software and MS Excel.
