We are seeking an experienced Network Modeling and Water Supply Design Specialist to join our proposed project team for the Narayanganj Green and Resilient Urban Development Project in Bangladesh.
Contribute to a major urban infrastructure development project in Bangladesh.

Work alongside an international team of engineering and infrastructure professionals on an ADB-funded project.
Position: A2 – Network Modeling and Water Supply Design Specialist
Project: Consultancy Services for Management, Design and Supervision of Construction (MDSC), Including GESI Implementation – Narayanganj Green and Resilient Urban Development Project
Location: Narayanganj, Bangladesh
Funding Agency: Asian Development Bank (ADB)
Project Status: Proposal Stage
Expert Input: 8 person-months (Construction Period)
Expected Commencement: To be confirmed
Review and support the design and hydraulic modeling of water distribution networks.
Assess network configurations, including District Metered Areas (DMAs) and District Metered Zones (DMZs).
Provide technical recommendations to improve water distribution efficiency, reliability, and network performance.
Coordinate with the engineering team on water supply design-related matters.
Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Water Supply, Environmental Engineering, or a similar discipline.
Minimum 20 years of professional experience.
Minimum 15 years of experience in designing water distribution networks, including DMAs/DMZs.
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar donor-funded development projects.
Proficiency in English.
Competitive and negotiable remuneration based on qualifications and experience.
Per diem provided; accommodation is not separately provided.
International project exposure in an ADB-funded urban infrastructure assignment.
Deployment schedule and input arrangements to be confirmed.
