Currently, we are looking for an international expert to be included in On-going Project:
1. Position: Environmental & Social Specialist (International)
Project Location: Cambodia
Man-months: 7MM (Jan. 2027 ~ Jul. 2027)
Qualifications:
- At least postgraduate degree or equivalent in environmental engineering/science or social science.
- Total experience of at least 15 years as an Environmental and Social Specialist or similar position.
- Shall have completed or substantially completed work on at least four assignments as an Environmental and Social Specialist in the last 10 years.
- Shall have experience in conducting environmental and social impact studies, environmental and social due diligence, data collection and analysis for infrastructure project in line with GIIP such as AIIB’s ESS or IFC’s PS or WB’s ESS or ADB’s Safeguards Policy Statement and relevant national E&S requirements.
- Shall have experience of working on social development issues and Social Impact Assessments and Management Plans as well as on involuntary resettlement issues.
- Experience of working in Cambodia or in Asia.
- Experience on project/assignments financed by international donor agencies or MDBs.
