Currently, we are looking for an international expert to be included in our Proposal:
1. Position: Civil Work and Construction Engineer
Project Location: Lao PDR
Man-months: 24MM
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in civil or structural engineering
- International experience in relevant project management and supervision.
- Must have at least 15 years of experience and 10 years of experience with construction of civil works, preferably for environmental infrastructure/sanitary landfills.
- The presence of the Civil works-construction specialist alternating on the different construction sites is required.
- Should be familiar with the FIDIC rules, relevant Lao PDR legislation and World Bank Standards and policies, as well as other related guidelines and procedures.
- Strong communication and report writing skills in English.
