1. Position: Procurement Specialist
Project Location: Lao PDR
Man-months: 6MM
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in civil engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of international experience in preparation of bidding documents and providing procurement assistance on waste management, environmental infrastructure, and other relevant civil works.
- Experience with World Bank procurement and procurement guidelines and knowledge of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract is required.
- Experience from STEP desired.
- Strong communication and report writing skills in English.
