We are currently seeking qualified national experts for an upcoming power infrastructure supervision assignment in Kazakhstan.
Positions
1. Technical Supervision Specialist – Load-Bearing and Enclosing Structures (Level I)
- Kazakhstan Technical Supervision Certificate for Facilities of First Responsibility Level – Load-Bearing and Enclosing Structures
- Higher education in Construction Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
2. Cost Estimation Specialist – Control of Volumes and Cost of Works
- Higher technical or economic education
- ABC-4 cost estimation software certificate
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Experience in verification of completed works and cost control
3. Lead Design Engineer – Load-Bearing and Enclosing Structures
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Knowledge of Kazakhstan building and construction codes
- Kazakhstan Expert Certificate (Level 1 or Level 2)
- Minimum 5 years of general professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design review and/or construction supervision
- Russian language required; English considered an asset
4. Technical Supervision Expert (Contract Administration / FIDIC)
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, Procurement, Power Engineering or related field
- Kazakhstan Expert Certificate (Level 1 or Level 2 Facilities)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration
- Experience with FIDIC contracts and IFI-financed projects required
- Russian language required; English considered an asset
5. Technical Supervision Specialist – Process Equipment (Level I)
- Higher technical education
- Experience with First Responsibility Level facilities in the field of Process Equipment
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Russian language required; English considered an asset
6. Technical Supervision Specialist – Utility Networks (Level I)
- Higher technical education
- Experience in supervision of electricity utility networks
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Russian language required; English considered an asset
7. Geological Engineer
- Relevant university degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Relevant Kazakhstan certificates/licenses where applicable
8. Environmental Expert / Ecologist
- Relevant university degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Relevant professional certifications/licenses where applicable
9. Reserve / Back-up Certified Experts
- Relevant professional certifications matching key technical supervision disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
