The National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) has received a financing from Agence Française de Développement ("AFD"), and intends to use part of the funds thereof for payments under the following Technical Assistance: Package 6 E - Capacity Building and Project Management Support, as part of the structuring Kampala Water - Lake Victoria (KW-LV) WATSAN Project.
We are looking for a dedicated and competent procurement expert who will be supporting the Kampala NWSC on procurement of equipment in order to facilitate the capacity building interventions.
Qualifications required:
Minimum of a master’s Degree in law, engineering, or equivalent Proficient in written and spoken English
Professional experience required:
Must have a minimum of 15 years overall working experience Minimum 10 years experience in procurement of goods and equipments Experience in procurement in respect with IFI (AFD, EU, Danida, Worldbank, AfDB,etc) procurement rules and guidelines will be an advantage
