6th Vienna Energy Security Dialogue: Looking Ahead: Shaping the Post-Crises Global Energy Markets

📅 25 October 2023
Vienna, Austria

In the aftermath of the global energy crisis, what will define the emerging trends and policies in the global energy landscape? In its sixth edition, the Vienna Energy Security Dialogue is dedicated to discussing the shifts in the global supply chains of energy, technologies, and critical minerals in light of the energy transition and the continued war against Ukraine.

Gathering over 200 decision-makers and energy experts from companies, politics, academia, and civil society, this year’s edition features one high-level session and three expert panels on:

  • Strategic outlook: forging effective policies and partnerships
  • Increasing resilience and security: reducing energy system vulnerabilities
  • Industries at crossroads: balancing the energy trilemma

This event is open to the delegations of the OSCE participating States and Partners for Co-operation, the OSCE executive structures, including field operations, as well as members and partners of the World Energy Council, Ernst & Young, and the Federation of Austrian Industries. Representatives of international organizations, expert academics, business representatives, and non-governmental organizations with relevant expertise are also invited to the event.
