DevelopmentAid and the Association of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Mediterranean (ASCAME) have announced the launch of a partnership meant to enhance access to business opportunities for thousands of businesses, members of more than 150 Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the Mediterranean.
The collaboration allows engineering, consulting, trade, and other firms from 18 Mediterranean countries to access the largest database of international tenders and grants in the development sector, and use the AI-powered public procurement tool–Tenderwell.
Thus, ASCAME members will receive:
- Funding alerts with essential information on tenders and grants.
- One month of free access to the DevelopmentAid Premium membership package (for any ASCAME member who has not previously held a DevelopmentAid membership).
- The opportunity to post their articles and events on DevelopmentAid News Stream.
“The Mediterranean region is one of the most economically dynamic areas on the planet with unlimited opportunities. At the same time, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the region face growing challenges and pressure due to climate change, environmental issues, logistical and trade barriers fueled by conflicts,” said Mariana Uzun, Head of Strategic Partnerships and Donor Relations at DevelopmentAid. “International development organizations work to address these critical issues through various projects that necessitate professional and reliable vendors, consultants, experts, and other stakeholders.
