Speakers

Margit Kinyik, Sociologist and Digital Skills Expert

Margit has over 18 years of professional experience, specializing in social service decentralization, civil society development, and digital skills education. Since 2013, she has provided international consulting across multi-country initiatives, combining expertise in research, evaluation, project management, and digital transformation.

Her experience spans social sectors and NGO development, monitoring and evaluation, ICT, research and innovation, and project management. In her previous roles, Margit has served as a senior sociological researcher, project manager, work package coordinator, quality assurance adviser, and as a monitoring and evaluation expert. Her cross-cutting expertise connects digitalization with social policy and service delivery, including e-learning and e-care solutions for older adults. She holds an MA in Sociology and Pedagogy from the University of Miskolc, Hungary.

Irina Bondarenco, Head of the Career Center at DevelopmentAid

For more than 15 years, Irina and her team have helped individual consultants to create winning CVs, connect with potential employers, and identify short- and long-term projects in the development sector.
