You are actually likely to have more digital skills than you think. But do you know how to turn those into a career advantage? Every day, you search for information, work with digital platforms, communicate online, create documents, use technology to solve problems and learn about new tools. Yet, when it comes to your CV or new career opportunities, can you clearly explain the level of your digital competences and what it is worth? This is where the European Digital Competence Framework for Citizens (DigComp) comes in.

DigComp provides a practical way of understanding, assessing and communicating digital competence. It also helps individuals to develop the skills they need to achieve their professional and personal goals, from advancing their careers and gaining new abilities to participating confidently in an increasingly digital society.

DevelopmentAid, in collaboration with Margit Kinyik, Sociologist and Digital Skills Expert, and Irina Bondarenco, Head of the Career Center at DevelopmentAid, invites individual consultants interested in learning more about digital competence skills to join the webinar on “From Digital Skills to Career Opportunities: Discover the DigComp Framework” that will take place on September 24 at 4 pm (Brussels) / 10 am (Washington, DC).
