Invitation for Bids

Supply and Delivery of Office Equipment for CNP

1. The Kingdom of Cambodia has received a Loan/ Grant: IDA Credit N0. 6394 from the World Bank toward the cost of the Cambodia Nutrition Project (CNP) which Ministry of Health is the Executive Agency (EA) of the Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan/ grant to payments under the Contract for Supply and Delivery of Office Equipment (IT Equipment) for CNP. with REF No. MOH-GO-RFB 15.
2. The Ministry of Health now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Delivery and Supply of Office Equipment (IT Equipment).
3. Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures specified in the RGC’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for All Externally Financed Projects/Program, under the laws and regulations governing public procurement within the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in accordance with the Financing Agreement and Procurement Regulations of World Bank.
4. This invitation is open to all bidders.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of the Ministry of Health; Mrs. Kou Raksmey, Acting Chief of Procurement Unit on Tel. (855) 023 885 970/ 884 909, 092 333 983 and e-mail: kou.raksmey@yahoo.com and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 7:30 AM to 12:00 noon and 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
6. Qualification requirements specified in Section II Bid Data Sheets ITB 14.2(a), ITB 14.2(b), ITB 14.2(c) of the bidding documents.
7. A completed set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee $35.00 or its equivalent in Cambodian Riel. The method of payment will be Cash. The Bidding Documents will be collected in person at the discretion of the bidder. Other than payment of the non- refundable fee specified above, there shall be no other conditions for purchase of the bidding documents.

1. Bids must be delivered to the address given below at or before 14:30mn in 2 March 2023. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives and the project's beneficiaries from the concerned local community who choose to attend in person at the address given below at 14:30mn in 2 March 2023­­­­­­­­­­­­­­.
2. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
3. The Government and/or the Development Partner will respectively declare a bidder ineligible either indefinitely or for a stated period of time, to be awarded a contract financed by them, if it at any time they determine that the bidder has engaged in corrupt or fraudulent, coercive, collusive or obstructive practices in competing for or in executing a contract.
