Le recrutement d'une assistance technique, composée d'une unité d'appui au projet, ainsi que la mise en œuvre d'une équipe d'experts pour des missions de courte durée. Il s'agira pour cette équipe d'experts principaux et court terme d'apporter une expérience spécifique au ministère de la culture dans la protection et la valorisation du patrimoine culturel algérien. Cette assistance technique apportera notamment son appui à des tâches nécessitant des capacités spécifiques (appui institutionnel, formation et recrutement de personnels spécialisés, inventaires, diagnostics, méthodologies d'interventions sur le patrimoine, suivi de chantiers etc.) et dans les tâches techniques liées à la gestion de projets et programmes de coopération (passation de marchés de services, travaux, subvention; communication; gestion comptable et contractuelle de projets; suivi de projets etc.).
