  1. Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (who has extended the financing to Punjab Tourism for Economic Growth Project) has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of Punjab Tourism for Economic Growth Project (PTEGP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under Procurement of Urban Rehabilitation and Infrastructure Improvement Project Package-1 from Bhatti Katri Haji Allah Bakhsh (Taveela Shaikhen) Walled City.
  2. Punjab Tourism for Economic Growth Project– PTEGP (the Employer) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Urban Rehabilitation of Facades & Infrastructure Improvement from Bhaati Gate to Katri Haji Allah Baksh (Taveela Sheikhen) Inside Walled City, Lahore.
  3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Guidelines 2014  and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations & Bidding Document.
  4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Office of the Employer and inspect the Bidding Document during office hours [0900 to 1400 hours, Monday to Friday] at the address given below.
  5. Bidding document can be downloaded from www.ptegp.punjab.gov.pk. Printed bidding documents can either be obtained directly from the address given below or couriered on request at a price of Rs. 2,000/- which may be deposited as per government rules.
  6. Bidders may bid for one or more lots. Bids evaluation and contract award will be done on a lot basis through single stage one envelope method.
  7. A Pre-bid Meeting shall take place on the date, time and place detail below. Bidders have the option to attend pre-bid meeting online. The connection details are as follows:
