1. The Kyrgyz Republic has received financial support from the World Bank in frames of Emergency COVID-19 project and intends to apply part of it towards payments under the Contract: Procurement of equipment for the reference center.

2. Hereby, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic invites eligible bidders to submit their bids online, through the State electronic procurement system of the Kyrgyz Republic (www.zakupki.gov.kg Notice : 230817397859328) no later than 12-00 hours on September 1, 2023.

3. Terms of completion: not more than 120 days from the date of signing the Contract.

4. Place of delivery: According to the distribution plan.

5. The price of goods shall include all taxes, transportation to the Client and any other expenses. 

6. The bid application shall be submitted with a Bid Securing Declaration (from the Standard Bidding Documents).

7. Your Bid shall be valid for 104 days after the date of bids opening.

8. The Pre-Bid Meeting is not applicable.

9. The Bids will be opened by the Tender Commission online, through the State electronic procurement system at 12-00 hours on September 1, 2023.
