AOI - Burkina Faso - Travaux de réalisation de vingt-quatre (24) systèmes d’Adduction d’Eau Potable (AEP) dans les Régions du Centre-Nord, Centre-Ouest et Nord - PASEPA-2R
Le Ministère de l’environnement, de l’eau et de l’assainissement sollicite des Offres sous pli fermé de la part de Soumissionnaires éligibles et répondant aux qualifications requises pour fournir vingt-quatre (24) systèmes d’adductions d’eau potable dans les Régions du Centre-Nord, Centre-Ouest et Nord répartis en quatre (04) lots :
- Lot 1 : Travaux de réalisation de six (06) systèmes d’AEP dans les provinces du Ziro et du Sanguié, Région du Centre-Ouest ;
- Lot 2 : Travaux de réalisation de sept (07) systèmes d’AEP dans les provinces du Boulkiemdé et de la Sissili, Région du Centre-Ouest ;
- Lot 3 : Travaux de réalisation de six (06) systèmes d’AEP dans les provinces du Passoré et du Zondoma, Région du Nord ;
- Lot 4 : Travaux de réalisation de cinq (05) systèmes d’AEP dans les provinces du Yatenga, Sanmatenga et du Bam, régions du Nord et du Centre-Nord ;
Le délai d’exécution des travaux est de dix (10) mois pour chaque lot. Ces délais ne sont pas cumulables en cas d’attribution de plusieurs lots. Le contenu des offres, les critères d’évaluation des offres ainsi que les critères de qualification des soumissionnaires par lot et pour l’attribution de plusieurs lots sont indiqués dans le Dossier d’appel d’offres (DAO), qui peut être consulté gratuitement dans les locaux de la Direction des marchés publics du Ministère de l’environnement, de l’eau et de l’assainissement à l’adresse mentionnée ci-dessous.

About the Funding Agency
The African Development Bank is a regional multilateral development finance institution, established in 1963, with a mandate to further economic development and social progress of African countries, individually and collectively. 80 member countries including all the 54 African countries and 26 non-African countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia own the Bank.
The Bank's principal functions include:
- using its resources for the financing of investment projects and programs relating to the economic and social development of its Regional Member Countries (RMCs);
- the provision of technical assistance for the preparation and execution of development projects and programs;
- promoting investment in Africa of public and private capital for development purposes; and (iv) to respond to requests for assistance in coordinating development policies and plans of RMCs. In its operations, the Bank is also required to give special attention to projects and programs that promote regional integration.
The Bank began its operations from its headquarters, in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire on July 1, 1966. For the purpose of its operations, the Bank also maintains Regional Resource Centers and Field Offices within RMCs.
For projects financed by the Bank resources, the charter requires suppliers for contracts for institutional activities and projects to be nationals of a member country. Only bidders from a member country of the Bank are eligible to participate in the procurement process. For goods to be eligible, they must originate from a member country.
