This project seeks to finance comprehensive institutional reform plans prepared in the first part of the program. These plans will address the following components: i) organizational planning, ii) implementation of performance management, iii) execution of plans, programs and sectoral projects, iv) process management, and v) management of HT. Status: Approved by the Board on 13 November 2013. Estimated total cost: US$ 273 million. Loan amount: US$ 270 million. Executing agency: Ministerio de Finanzas y Crédito Público.
