The executive state authority of Dushanbe, State Unitary Enterprise "Smart City", received funding from the World Bank (Bank) for the implementation of the PPA for the Dushanbe Sustainable Urban Development Project and intends to use part of the funds for payments under the contract for the Procurement of 1 No. SUV vehicle for the Dushanbe Smart City SUE for the PIG as below:

The executive state authority of Dushanbe, State Unitary Enterprise "Smart City" invites eligible bidders to take part in the tender for the Procurement of 1 No. SUV vehicle for the Dushanbe Smart City SUE. Incomplete bids will be rejected. Bids will be evaluated and contracts will be awarded to the bidders with the lowest evaluated price.

The tender will be conducted using the Request for Quotations (RFP) method as specified in the World Bank's July 2016 Procurement Policy for MPF Borrowers, as revised in September 2023 (the "Procurement Policy"), and will is open to all eligible Suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

The interested bidders can address to the Project Implementation Group to receive the bidding documents at the address below from 8:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday.

The bids must be delivered to the address below by 17:00, no later than 10 May 2024.
