Le Gouvernement de la République du TCHAD a reçu un financement de l’Association Internationale de Développement (IDA), et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie du montant de ce don pour effectuer les paiements au titre du contrat relatif au Recrutement d’un bureau ou groupement des bureaux pour le contrôle et la supervision des travaux de suppression des points critiques sur deux pistes rurales dans les départements de Mamdi et Kaya.
OBJECTIFS DE LA MISSION
L’objectif général de cette mission est d’assurer le contrôle et la direction des travaux de suppression des points critiques sur deux pistes rurales totalisant un linéaire de 66,4 km dans les Départements de Mamdi et Kaya, Province du Lac.
Plus spécifiquement examiner les marchés des travaux et en identifier les points à risque, approuver les programmes d’exécution soumis par les entreprises titulaires des marchés des travaux, comportant les plans d’installation de chantiers, les plannings actualisés, les plans d’assurance qualité etc.

Le Projet de Relance et de Développement de la Région du Lac Tchad (PROLAC-TD) invite les cabinets (« Services consultants») intéressés à manifester leur intérêt à fournir les services décrits ci-dessus.
Les candidats intéressés doivent fournir les informations démontrant qu’ils possèdent les qualifications requises, une expérience générale et spécifique à la mission.
Les candidats seront sélectionnés selon la procédure de Sélection fondée sur la qualité et le coût (SFQC) telle que décrite dans «le Règlement de passation des marchés de la Banque».
