Lot 1

Title: Primary HealthCare Services

Description: Services for the Lot 1 Primary Healthcare Services are provided in stationary Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) enabling life, limb and function preserving resuscitative and surgical intervention. These comprise triage, essential laboratory and imaging diagnostics, damage control resuscitation (DCR), damage control surgery (DCS), short-term post-operative critical care, limited patient holding (ward) and medical supply.

Title: Role 2 -Mobile Equivalent Services

Description: Services for the Lot 2 cover a mobile deployable medical capability being able to provide resuscitative and primary surgical treatment to control bleeding, maintain circulation, restore perfusion and preserve life, limb and function in a remote, austere or even less secure environment. Resources are limited in diagnostic, supply, operating and holding and depend on timely medical evacuation to capabilities with an extended skills and capacity profile.
