THIS IS A PREVIEW AD. Shortly (hopefully between 26-30/8) Sida will announce an open procurement regarding ex-ante assessment of organisations applying to become partners of Sida for the implementation of the humanitarian strategy starting in 2026. The scope of this assignment is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of 25 humanitarian organisations that have expressed interest in becoming partners with Sida for the upcoming humanitarian strategy period starting in 2026. The primary focus will be on their demonstrated ability to effectively address humanitarian needs in accordance with the humanitarian principles in complex crises. A reference group for the assignment, in consultation with the consultant, will select 5 countries for a remote assessment, seeking to include a representative sample of humanitarian contexts.
