SCOPE OF TENDER : RFP_ Innovation Challenge: Co-designing partnerships at the local level for outreach, pre and post placement support strategies and solutions in the framework of the pilot implementation of Youth Guarantee in Tirana, Vlora, and Shkodra (Albania)
