TA-10433 PRC: Integrating Solar Photovoltaics in Ecological System Rehabilitation and Energy-Agriculture Synergy Development - CS01 Firm: Research on Application of Solar Photovoltaics Integrated Ecological System Rehabilitation and Agriculture Synergy Development (58303-001)

Objectives: This consulting service aims to provide relevant knowledge cooperation and technical assistance to the People's Republic of China (PRC), including comprehensive policy recommendations and technical guidance on developing synergies in agriculture and energy. Specific measures include: (i) pilot implementation of photovoltaic plus mode to promote integrated protection and ecological system rehabilitation of mountains, waters, forests, fields, lakes, grasses, and sands; (ii) preparation of technical guidelines for planting and breeding of agricultural products in solar PV-agriculture integrated projects, monitoring and evaluation of environmental impacts from these projects; and (iii) research on implementation policies for land use and management impacted by solar PV Plus projects and the optimization of proposals for smart site selection.
