Call Center Services for After-Hours Support

Objectives: The solicitation aims to award a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for after-hour call center services for the U.S. Embassy London and Constituent Posts in the UK. The contractor must provide professional and courteous personnel who are proficient in English, with experience in telephone operations or customer service, to handle after-hours calls as the first point of contact. Automated systems are prohibited. The contract will have a one-year base period starting September 22, 2025, with four additional one-year option periods. The performance is subject to WTO GPA and Free Trade Agreements.
