RFP Strengthening Indonesia's Sustainable Cocoa Trade Governance

Objectives: The objective of this Request for Proposal is to hire a consulting firm or research institution that will conduct a comprehensive study over a period of 120 working days. The study aims to assess and enhance Indonesia’s cocoa value chain, trade performance, and policy environment. The purpose of this assignment includes analyzing and improving the cocoa value chain by identifying barriers and inefficiencies, assessing policy coherence and proposing regulatory reforms related to sustainable cocoa trade, developing value chain intervention models to boost market competitiveness and sustainability compliance, providing strategic recommendations to improve trade performance and governance, and ensuring alignment with the FAST project's objectives, supporting sustainable and competitive cocoa trade in line with Indonesia's economic and environmental priorities.
