Objectives: The services of a consultant are sought to develop a methodological approach to enhance the capabilities in monitoring and controlling sanitation services among key stakeholders in Sokodé. Responsibilities include identifying training modules linked to beneficiary needs, evaluating existing guides, and creating a training program. Additionally, the consultant will formulate a guide for capacity-building in sanitation service oversight, train local municipal agents, assist in developing agreements for private sanitation facilities, and propose evaluation methodologies for training effectiveness.
