Objectives: The Africa Demographic Dividend and Sexual and Reproductive Health (AD2SRH) Programme aims to promote, coordinate, and implement regional and continental policies related to sexual and reproductive health and universal health coverage (UHC), in line with the African Union (AU) Agenda 2063. AUDA-NEPAD seeks to engage a consultant to develop a comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) framework. This framework is intended to support Member States and Regional Economic Communities (RECs) in implementing sexual and reproductive health initiatives, enhancing service delivery, education, policy support, and collaborating to address issues related to maternal mortality, adolescent health, and mobile societies' legal and policy environments.
