National consultant on mainstreaming of climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction into socio-economic development processes of Dushanbe city program

Objectives: The objective of this tender is to engage a national consultant to mainstream climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction into the socio-economic development processes of Dushanbe city. The assignment spans 80 days from May 2025 to March 2026 and focuses on integrating Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) elements into the urban development and planning framework of Dushanbe. The consultant will work towards creating sustainable, risk-informed urban areas that can adapt better to emerging climate challenges, with the assistance of various stakeholders and in line with regional and international frameworks.
