Consultant to Establish a Mechanism for Recognition of Regulatory Professionals

Objectives: The primary objective of this consultancy is to establish a College for African Regulatory Science Professionals (CARSP) to enhance the regulatory frameworks for medical products across Africa. The consultant will draft the constitution for the CARSP, conduct consultations with key stakeholders, and provide technical guidance for its establishment and operationalization. The assignment aims to develop a common competency and qualifications framework, create standardized training programs, and initiate internationally recognized professional qualifications, ultimately improving the regulatory capacity and promoting public health in Africa.
