RFQ of Accommodations, Venue and Meeting Packages_Bali

Objectives: The tender aims to procure accommodation, venue, and meeting packages for SMILE Training 2025 in the Badung Area, Bali. This initiative is part of the UNDP's efforts to enhance the skills and knowledge of senior and technical officers from the Ministry of Health's Immunization and Logistic Departments. The training will facilitate the use and implementation of the SMILE system, which has been integral in supporting Indonesia's vaccination initiatives. Scheduled over two batches, the sessions will require venues capable of accommodating substantial numbers of participants and equipped with the necessary facilities for successful execution of the event.
