Objectives: The Panama Digital project, financed by the Inter-American Development Bank, aims to select and hire a consultancy firm to study, design, develop, and implement a communication plan to promote various innovation and digital transformation initiatives spearheaded by the National Authority for Government Innovation (AIG). The awarded firm will carry out tasks including a study on the current recognition of AIG projects, development of a communication plan, implementing a multichannel strategy for optimal coverage, providing advisory services during implementation, and generating quarterly impact reports.
