Objectives: The tender aims to engage experienced engineering consulting services for the feasibility study and concept design of the South-Eastern Corridor in Riyadh City, under the National Transport and Logistics Strategy (NTLS) in support of Saudi Vision 2030. The objectives focus on improving urban mobility, enhancing traffic safety, and reducing environmental impact while supporting economic and infrastructural growth. The selected consultancy firm will undertake comprehensive analyses, including traffic, geotechnical, hydrologic, environmental, social impact studies, and financial feasibility. The project's outcome will contribute to Saudi Arabia's goals of becoming a global logistics hub and fostering more sustainable, efficient, and safer city environments. This includes updating and aligning the transport infrastructure according to global standards, with a focus on sustainability and minimal environmental impact. The project is expected to deliver a comprehensive feasibility report, detailing actionable insights, risk management, and strategic implementation plans to ensure optimized corridor infrastructure that balances urban development demands with environmental stewardship.
