Quality Assurance Services for Construction in Zagan, Poland

Objectives: The objective of this tender is to acquire Quality Assurance (QA) services for the construction of an Information Processing Node (IPN) Facility and an Open Secret Storage (OSS) Facility at Forward Operating Site Zagan in Poland. The services include on-site QA monitoring and commissioning supervision throughout the construction and closeout phases over an estimated period of 16 months. The QA services are required to ensure the structures are built to standards and specifications set out for military infrastructure, managing all aspects from technical oversight to compliance with contractual obligations, thereby guaranteeing the successful delivery of secure and functional facilities for US Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR-AF).
