Eligibility criteria: Eligible organizations for this tender are consulting firms from member countries of the Bank. The eligible countries include Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, the United States, and European Union member states such as Germany, France, and the United Kingdom, among others. In addition, territories like Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hong Kong are also eligible. The organizations must have proven experience and competence in delivering consulting services similar to those required by the Bank and must include a Business Partner Number in their profile on the BEO Procurement Portal to participate. The firms may also form Consortia/Joint Ventures to enhance their qualifications. All applications must be submitted electronically in PDF format through the Portal by the specified deadline. Submissions should demonstrate relevant experience and qualifications to provide the consulting services described, along with comprehensive explanations. The estimated budget for this consultancy is up to USD 70,000, and the project deliverables must follow the specific guidelines noted in the detailed tender description. Additionally, the tender does not constitute a Request for Proposal or an offer to contract, and the Bank reserves the right to reject any or all submissions without explanation.
