Rwanda Climate-smart Infrastructure Investment Plan

Objectives: The Rwanda Climate-Smart Infrastructure Investment Plan, developed with the support of IFC, aims to identify and prioritize climate-smart investment opportunities in Rwanda across key sectors such as transport, water & sanitation, green buildings, and energy. It seeks to integrate both public and private sector investments, facilitate suitable financing sources, and outline a sequential investment pathway. The plan will deliver an investment roadmap and recommend necessary policy reforms to enable a conducive environment for these investments, ultimately facilitating Rwanda's transition towards a low-carbon and climate-resilient future.
