Description
Use of manned and un-manned aerial platforms as a complementary source of pre or post-event imagery in emergency situations that require very high spatial resolution or timely follow-up of events when available satellite images cannot provide it due to orbital revisit delay or cloud cover (e.g. earthquakes, urban flooding) FWC content : In addition to the standard orthophotos and digital surface models the FWC may include also LIDAR sensor-types for the manned aerial component. The unmanned aerial component for the creation of orthoimagery and DSM should enable Beyond Visual Line Of Sight (BVLOS)flights + UAV lidar (optional).
