The Government of Mongolia (“Government”) and the United States Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”) entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact on July 27, 2018, to provide a grant of $350 million to reduce poverty by supporting economic growth. The Government, through the Mongolian Millennium Challenge Fund (“Mongolian MCF”), will use a portion of the MCF grant to finance the Compact. In disbursing funds under this Compact, MCF will fully comply with any restrictions and requirements on the use and disbursement of Compact funds set forth in the Compact and other related documents. No person other than the Government or the Mongolian MCF may exercise any rights granted under the Compact or make any disbursements from the Compact investment funds. The Compact and other related documents can be found on the MCC website ( www.mcc.gov ) and the Mongolian Millennium Challenge Corporation website ( https://mca-mongolia.gov.mn/ ).

The Mongolian MCA invites eligible legal entities to submit quotations for the provision of Printing Services . Relevant details and technical specifications are included in the Quotation Document.

The procurement will be selected in accordance with the Comparative Methodology specified in the Procurement Policy and Guidelines on the MCC website, and the Bidding Documents are open to any authorized person.

Interested companies should send an email with the subject line “ Procurement of NCS for the Provision of Printing Services ”, clearly stating the company name and contact information, to PA-Mongolia@charleskendall.com , with a copy to procurement@mca-mongolia.gov.mn , and register to receive an electronic link to download the Bidding Documents.

Any questions or clarifications regarding this tender should be submitted to PA-Mongolia@charleskendall.com before 14:00 on March 2, 2026 , with a copy to procurement@mca-mongolia.gov.mn . Responses to questions and clarifications should be sent to companies that have requested bidding documents before 17:00 on March 3, 2026 .

Bids must be submitted via the online link provided in the Bidding Document no later than 16:00, Ulaanbaatar time, March 6, 2026. Bids will be accepted via the online link only and bids submitted via email/paper will not be accepted. Late bids will be rejected.
