Description:

The contractor will provide all labor, necessary equipment and supplies required to complete the janitorial services at the Mio Ranger District Office located at 107 McKinley Road, Mio, MI 48647 along with all consumables. There is one additional building near this property that will require services. The period of performance will start on September 1, 2026. Daily, weekly, semi-annual, and annual tasks are outlined below in the Statement of Work (SOW) [see attachment].

It is anticipated that the award will be firm-fixed price using a Lowest Price Techncially Acceptable sorce evaluation selection.  Further, it is anticipated that this award will be a base year, plus the potential for four option years.  Option years are not guaranteed and are exercised at the discretion of the government.
