This RFQ refers to the Supply of Medical and/or Laboratory Equipment for Research Institute of Sanitation, Hygiene and Occupational Diseases, divided into 5 lots: Lot #1: Critical flicker fusion frequency device - 2 units Lot #2: Ozone therapy device - 1 unit Lot #3: Dynamic electrosleep apparatus - 1 unit Lot #4: Doppler portable - 2 units Lot #5: Tonal audiometry device - 3 units Note to Bidders: Bidders are allowed to quote prices for one or more lots identified in this tender. However, the Bidders must offer 100% of the quantities specified for each lot. Evaluation will be done separately for each lot. IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal.
