Call for Tenders — Climate Finance Readiness Framework Agreement
GAWA Capital, as Technical Assistance Manager of the Kuali Fund, is seeking a multidisciplinary consortium to help Financial Service Providers across Latin America build the systems, products and capabilities to lend for climate resilience and to consolidate that experience into a replicable model for the sector.
Institution-specific assignments will be activated as FSPs join the fund's portfolio, covering:
- Institutional climate finance readiness diagnostics
- Climate taxonomy & portfolio tagging
- Climate risk assessment & integration into credit processes
- Climate finance product design
- MRV systems & KPI reporting
- Institutionalisation & handover
- Knowledge generation, learning & replication
We especially welcome consortia combining international technical expertise with deep in-country experience in Latin America, across climate finance, financial inclusion and institutional strengthening.
