Eligibility criteria:

Eligible applicants: Organizations may bid as prime contractors or subcontractors. The tender is aimed at entities able to deliver greenhouse-gas policy service co-design work, ideally combining science-community organizations, representatives from national inventory agencies, and entities with expertise in scientific data communication.
Geographic and legal eligibility: Participation is preferably open to entities established in EU Member States and Copernicus participating states. UK entities are explicitly eligible from 1 January 2024 and have the same rights as EU or other associated-country entities, both as prime contractors and subcontractors.
