Eligible applicants: Only legally constituted legal entities may bid, either individually or jointly through an Asociación en Participación, Consorcio or Asociación. Natural persons are not eligible.
Geographic and legal eligibility: International bidding is permitted. Bidders may be established in Argentina or abroad, but must provide valid tax registration in ARCA (ex AFIP) or the equivalent in their country of origin, plus company incorporation and registration documents.
