Objectives

• Purpose: Strengthen TSTX’s financing, reporting, workforce and governance systems so it can implement its corporate climate strategy and mobilize climate-linked investment.

• Eligible applicants: Firms only; the consultant must be a legal entity constituted, incorporated, or registered in an ADB Member and operating in conformity with that Member’s laws. Government-owned enterprises or institutions in the beneficiary country are eligible only if they are legally and financially autonomous, operate under commercial law, and are not dependent agencies of the beneficiary.
