• Eligible applicants: A consulting firm, national or foreign, may apply. The bid is submitted as a two-envelope RFP through UNDP Quantum.
• Legal and administrative eligibility: The bidder must accept the UNDP General Terms and Conditions, have the legal capacity and licenses to perform the contract, and be able to work throughout the contract period. The offer and declaration forms, company profile, registration documents, audited financial statements, recent project lists, satisfactory performance certificates and signed CVs of key staff are required with the proposal.
