Eligible applicants: Private, public or government legal entities with legal capacity to contract with UNOPS may bid. Joint ventures, consortia and partnerships are permitted; all members are jointly and severally liable, and at least one member of the grouping must meet each qualification criterion used to assess bidder qualification.
Geographic and legal eligibility: Bidders may be of any nationality unless otherwise restricted, but for this contract they must operate as a building and public works company and hold a valid buildings and public works approval issued by the competent authority in Mali. The firm must have been continuously active for at least five years.
