• Lot A: Operationalize and sustain the Konacreydee and Tombo Recycling Centres through rehabilitation of priority infrastructure...
  

• Eligible applicants: Legally registered and experienced CSOs, NGOs and CBOs, including non-profit consortiums composed solely of these entities. Private-sector entities are not eligible as lead applicants.
• Geographic and legal eligibility: Applicants must demonstrate relevant experience and, where applicable, current statutory compliance and authorization from the relevant environmental authority. For Lot B, applicants should show existing or planned partnerships with private-sector recycling actors, aggregators, off-takers and market operators.
• Consortium arrangements: Non-profit consortiums are permitted if composed solely of eligible CSOs, NGOs and CBOs.
