• Eligible applicants: One consulting firm only; the assignment is for a firm, not an individual consultant. A multidisciplinary team is required, with at minimum a Team Leader/M&E Specialist, a Gender Specialist and a Youth Specialist.
• Geographic and legal eligibility: The firm must be legally established for a minimum of five (5) years and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract with UNDP and deliver in Zambia, either directly or through an authorized representative.
