• Eligible applicants: National suppliers only. The bidder must be legally registered and operating in South Africa.
• Legal and administrative eligibility: The bidder must have legal capacity to enter a binding contract with UNDP and deliver in-country, or through an authorized representative. UNGM registration is required before contract signature if awarded.
• Consortium arrangements: Joint ventures, consortia or associations are permitted if one lead entity is designated and vested with authority to bind all members jointly and severally. A notarized agreement must be submitted. The bidder may submit only one proposal.
