Eligibility criteria:

Eligible applicants: Individual consultants only. The assignment is for an international individual consultant under an Individual Contract.
Education: Advanced university degree, preferably a master's degree or higher, in Renewable Energy, Energy Policy, Environmental Management, Climate Change, Sustainable Development, Economics, Engineering, Evaluation, or a closely related field.
Professional experience: At least 10 years of professional experience in renewable energy, climate change, sustainable development, or related technical fields.
