Consultancy Services for Design, Tender Documentation, and Construction Supervision of the Port Sudan Water Infrastructure

Objectives

• Purpose: Provide engineering consultancy services for the Port Sudan Water Infrastructure project, covering detailed design, tender documentation, and construction supervision for all Component 1 works.

• Eligible applicants: Legally registered engineering consultancy firms. Joint ventures with local companies are permitted.
• Geographic and legal eligibility: The firm must have tax clearance and UNGM registration. The proposal must be signed by an authorized representative. The bidder must not have disqualifying conflicts of interest or be subject to sanctions, fraud/corruption ineligibility, or other exclusion grounds stated in the tender. The consultant and its affiliates, parent and subsidiaries must not bid for or be engaged in execution of the works designed under this assignment.
